In 2016, “Procon hospitality consultancy” (founded in 2007) renovated its business model & scope of services. Accordingly, Revel was born; transforming Procon hospitality consultancy to a whole new level. Revel is a young & hip hospitality firm, with Procon’s exquisite standards at the heart of its offering.

Ziad El Kerdany

Founding Father of Revel Hospitality

Ziad el Kerdany is a hospitality professional with extensive experience in the five-star hospitality industry. He graduated from IMI Luzern Switzerland and began his career with Four Seasons. From there he went on to work with prominent international brands in Cairo & Dubai, like Fairmont, Kimpinski, and IHG group.
In 2007, he founded his first Egyptian hospitality consultancy firm “ProCon”, providing his consulting services to numerous corporate & governmental clients. In 2017, he launched an upgraded version of his hospitality consultancy, called Revel Hospitality. At Revel Hospitality, we provide a one-stop-shop for integrated support in the hospitality sector, with clients such as Orascom, Emaar, Fairmont, Hilton, Dior, and many notable others.
Revel Hospitality has also been the sole award winner in Egypt of the 50 Best Recovery program by Aqua Panna in recognition of the efforts and resilience during the pandemic.
Ziad has partnered in multiple F&B establishments, he then furthered his knowledge by attending advanced bar mixology classes at the European Bartending School in Barcelona. During which he was appointed brand ambassador by Pernod Ricard. He then started Tales… a new line of seasonal cordials, syrups, bitters, and garnishes sure to elevate the beverage experience.
His career has been in constant evolution, and he aspires to lead Revel Hospitality into becoming the gold standard go-to service for all hospitality needs.
